Processing
Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow 2-3 standard business days for your order to process. Standard operation business days are Monday through Friday. Your tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped. Please allow up to 24hrs for the tracking number to update. Please note that during this time, we are doing our best to ensure the safety and health of all members of our distribution channels, and that some delays may be encountered. We appreciate your patience and understanding. All package and all products are sanitized before they are shipped.
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Shipping labels are generated according to what is input by the client on the orders shipping information. If the order has already been processed by our business, it is the client's responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes. Jasmine Beauty & Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.
